Shipping, Return & Order Policy

At Taali, each piece is custom-made with care, and we take pride in delivering exclusive, handcrafted designs to clients around the world. Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order.

Order Policy

No Refunds / No Exchanges
All purchases are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable, including custom and ready-to-wear pieces.

No Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed under any circumstances.

No Alterations by Taali
Taali does not offer alteration services. However, we are happy to guide clients on how to adjust their outfits locally, if needed.

Measurements Are Final
Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their submitted measurements. Taali is not liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete measurements provided by the client.

Production & Delivery Timelines

Standard production time is 6 to 8 weeks (considering only working days), depending on the complexity of the outfit. While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Global political or war-related tensions

  • Natural calamities or climate disruptions

  • Third-party courier delays

  • National holidays

  • Unresponsive clients or missing information

No refunds or cancellations will be accepted due to such delays.

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, and delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

  • UAE, USA, Canada, UK, Singapore: 3–10 working days

  • Australia, South Africa, Hong Kong, Kenya: 5–10 working days

  • India: 12–15 working days

  • Other Countries: Please contact us via WhatsApp at +971 50 129 2040 for an estimated timeline.

Note: All delivery timelines exclude weekends and public holidays. We make every effort to dispatch orders on time but are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, climate disruptions, or political tensions.

Shipping & Duties

  • Shipping fees are applied at checkout or communicated at the time of order.

  • Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the client and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities.

Client Responsibility

Delays in production or delivery may result from the following:

  • Full payment not received on time

  • Incomplete or incorrect measurements 

  • Inaccurate or incomplete shipping address

  • Lack of response from the client for pending approvals or clarifications

Pre-Dispatch Confirmation

Photos of your outfit can be shared before dispatch upon request. Once the order is shipped:
No disputes will be entertained regarding the style, color, fit, or design of the product.

Design Ownership

All Taali designs are original and protected under intellectual property rights.
We do not replicate designs from other brands or third-party references.

Made-to-Order Disclaimer

Each Taali product is exclusively made to order. Due to the nature of artisanal production:

  • Color, embroidery, and style may slightly vary due to photographic lighting, screen settings, or hand-crafted techniques.

  • These variations are not considered defects, but a hallmark of unique, handcrafted garments.
